If the key of the mechanical lock is lost, can it be replaced?
You can contact after-sales to provide the lock code. The original factory will customize the key through the mold file and send it within 7 working days. It is recommended to back up the key code in a safe place when using it for the first time.
The battery life of the smart lock is short. How to replace the battery?
Use No. 3 (AA) or No. 4 (AAA) dry batteries, depending on the model. Push along the bottom slot of the lock body to replace. Under normal daily use of 10 times, the battery life is about 8–12 months. The lock will give a voice prompt when the battery is low.
