This way made us can control well of products quality and time save to meet with customer demand. We need to pay more attention for customized service to creating Jin Tay manufacturing range. These years, JIn Tay invested aggressively more in semi-automatic production equipment for reducing traditional manual-made then reach production management goals, reduce product manufacturing defects, stabilize quality are our mission and management goals.
The machines size is from 80 ton to 160 ton, total 17 machines with auto put-in material design. The main producing items are housing, cylinder, key, pin base, slider block, rotating block, cabinet lock body, vending machine lock base, door lock handle…etc. Daily production capacity of more than 80,000pcs.
The machines size is from 5 ton to 400 ton, total 25 machines include electric punch press, pneumatic punch press, variable speed punch press, straight arm punch press…etc. which can press various material such as brass, steel, stainless, plastic and rubber board. Also, they com with cutting machine for easily production. The main producing items are pin, cam, washer, clip, key, key-ring…etc.
Daily production capacity of more than 90,000pcs.
The machines size is from 30 ton to 250 ton, total 15 machines included vertical and horizontal type. Various material can be acceptable such as PP, ABS, PU, POM, PVC, nylon…etc. The main producing items are plastic lock housing, cylinder, key cover, terminal blocks, luggage handles, plastic wheels…etc. Daily production capacity of more than 30,000pcs.
Completed processing equipment such as grinding, drilling, tapping, CNC, welding, polishing in order to finish a product processing. The average daily output is over 60,000pcs.
Completed painting line equipment with well experiences. Also, antibacterial painting capacity.
Set up tooling department come with virous equipment such as CNC, grinding, milling, drilling, spark, wire cutting machines and other related equipment. That caused we can make tooling of punch pressing, plastic and diecasting. Based on our best tooling team, all the developing and designing are made by ourselves. The advantage is well control tolling schedule and keep high quality.
Using modern specialized equipment such as cylinder auto arrangement machine, laser marking machine, auto CNC machine…etc. All machines operated by well-training workers and inspectors to make sure assembly quality. The average daily output is over 40,000pcs.
